These people will destroy your reputation by taking short cuts on everything and likely get you black listed by Google.

They want you to pay via Paypal. Paypal Have a 90 day refund policy and unfortunately for you SEO Results take longer than this.

You will not get a refund, ever! even if they don’t do the work.

When you pay them you go on a sucker list for them to try and sell you more useless services.

The person you speak to is just a salesman who will sell you on to another company and make a huge margin.

Although they seem so friendly and helpful there attitude will turn fast when you complain about poor results.

Mistakes will be made. I paid extra for 500 Australian Facebook likes and got 500 Indian Facebook likes from pages that weren’t even real profiles.

They speak and write bad Australian English and will use poorly chosen keywords and descriptions that will not help your business in any way.

 

But in the end it was worth it.

I became so determined to learn SEO strategies and get up on online myself and in the end it paid off.

I’m not the kind of person that keeps all the eggs in one basket. I believe with website its no different. While the guys in India were busy ruining mu current website i had built 2 more and managed to get both ranking well on search engines.

 

Its all in the prep work.

I’m a carpet layer by trade and my old boss who taught me would always say its all in the prep work. For instance if we left rotten smooth-edge down or didn’t do the floor preparation perfectly when it came to kicking the carpet in we are going to have problems. The smooth-edge will break and pop out leaving waves in the carpet because its not streched tight.

  1. Reserch your keywords and analise your competition: Use Semrush.com make sure you select Australia and unless your willing to pay $70 per month make a few accounts with different emails as you only get 10 free searche quearys per day:
  2. Domain name: People say this dosen’t matter but believe me it can help. Make sure you get a .com.au dont bother with .net.au or .com also never have any dashers or underscores in you domain ad i have tested them and they don’t rank as well
  3. Image File Name: Prepare all the images in a range of sizes and name the files to some of the keywords your targeting. remember each page on your website should target a different keyword and you should put the corect image filename to the page.
  4. Image Tag/Alt Tag: Same as above wordpress makes this easy, as soon as you upload an image add the Alt tag to the keyword your targeting on that page.
  5. URL:Add the pages urls to the keyword your targeting.
  6. https is better than http: i added an ssl certificate and the next week i saw an very nice bump in rankings.
  7. Headding tags or H1, H2:Dont go overboard but you need your keyword in a hedding tag.
  8. Use WordPress: its the easyest and ranks better somehow in my experience.
  9. Use Yoast SEO or another good SEO Plugin:
  10. Home Page Power: your home page will normally be more powerful so target you most valuable keyword here.
  11. Never copy any content: you will be blacklisted if you dont have fresh content.
  12. Quality content: at the end of the day Google and other search engines just want to provide the best and most relevant results to your searches because they want you to keep using them to they make money for advertisements in the to and at the sidebar. Search engins constantly change their ruls and settings to try and stop anyone from getting poor websites ranking at the top of searches. if you want to rank well just creat great content and it should have a great long term result.
